Join Body Firm for our 6th year in a row for our “NO SWEETS CHALLENGE” during the Holidays!  sweets

Starting in October, choose to have NO DESSERTS until one of the following:

1) day after Thanksgiving

2) day after Christmas

3) day after New Years

If you slip, or consciously “cheat” throw in $50 into the “kiddy” which will go to the American Diabetes Association.

Most of the Firm started October 14th~ but join in whenever you can.  Empower your body and feel better than ever this Holiday Season.

Not worried about sweets…take the No Alcohol Challenge with Tammy and a few others from midnight Halloween up until the day BEFORE Thanksgiving!
