I turned 45 just the other day and realized that I am the most fit I have ever been in my entire life. A big Thank You to Robin for always being there to challenge me for the last 9 months (per my request) at the insane hour of 5 am ! Thank you to Dr Capo for helping me quickly recover from an injury and for helping both me and my 11 year old son improve our bio-mechanics. And last but not least thank you to you Tammy for your personalized nutrition training, professionalism, dedication and caring. You and your entire team are a class act and I am happy to have found such a gem of an organization right in my own backyard ! My Body Firm  is truly committed to helping each person achieve their personnel health and fitness goals. Keep up the great work !

Tammy, In my 30 years in RE you can imagine how many techniques, drills, and action steps I've written down intended to enact from seminars, audio and video tapes and lately "Webinars".

Your note today (from your Wednesday Wellness) is one of the fundamental laws of success. All of us usually have three main things that we should accomplish in a day that revolve around succeeding. Do a CMA for a client, follow up on a hot lead, get that information we promised to someone.

Thanks for a very important reminder. Sometimes we begin to believe our lives are set and start to get comfortable with that thought. Your email today has turned on the light for me and sparked that old notion of anything is possible if you take it one step at a time.

I wasn't sure I wanted to take the time, after getting up early to get a jump on my day, to write this email, but I had to. Great workout yesterday! It was very invigorating and challenging. I feel great today - no soreness.

Hi Tammy,

I weighed in at 184 yesterday and met my goal of hitting 185 by the end of August (with a tiny bit of wiggle room). I therefore avoided the perilous consequences of needing to make a public 10 minute speech if I lost my bet with Joan. My reward is an organic cornmeal crust pizza from Whole Foods. I decided a deep dish Chicago style pizza from Paxti's is just too much fat and cheese after I've been eating so healthy.

My blood pressure is around 120 over 65 (with meds) which is very good for me. I'll have my cholesterol done in a week or so.

I couldn't have done it without you and Luke! Thank you both for helping me reach my health goals.

I hope you're having a great Labor Day weekend in the outdoors with your husband.

Tammy, I wanted to pass along a little feedback about Chris. I'm sure you know that Chris is a great trainer. But what I realized over the past few weeks is what a big part of my life Chris has become. It's not just the two hours a week that we spend together training that is positively impacting my life. It's the rest of the week where I am thinking about the kind of diet I need to have, the type of cardio and other workouts that I need to have to stay on schedule, based on Chris' advice. Last month I challenged Chris to develop a new workout to help me achieve some new goals for 2007 and early 2008. Since then he's come back with a great program as well as advice for how to keep the momentum moving outside of our training sessions. Every time I see him it's obvious that he's been thinking about my program and my goals. I feel very lucky to have found Chris and I wanted to make sure that you realized how big of an impact he's made on me.

I've been training with Luke for 6 months now and so much has changed for me.  I have dropped 12 inches, lost 7% body fat and feel fantastic!  I actually feel normal again after 2 years of being pretty inactive due to back surgery. 

Luke and all the trainers are very vested in their clients and the programs are around what the clients want, not what the trainers want. It's the personalization of the training that makes the difference.

Starting at Body Firm has been the best present I've given to myself because I feel like it has given me my life and my health back. Thank you team Body Firm!
