Ajay played collegiate soccer and has done soccer specific training with both kids and adults.  He specializes in kettle bell training, functional movement training, TRX suspension training, as well as weight loss and overall whole body conditioning. He wants his background of rehabilitation and functional training to be the basis of his future chiropractic practice, and believes that correcting asymmetries and compensatory patterns in the body is the key to keeping them healthy and active. In his spare time Ajay is usually on the golf course, or riding one of the local mountains on his snowboard in the winter.
