My approach to total fitness and wellness begins with balance; balance in your workouts and balance in your life. I customize each and every experience and tailor the approach to meet each person's unique lifestyle. With concentration on cardiovascular fitness, strength training, stretching, and nutrition, you will have the balance necessary to optimize your success. Together we will begin your program at the pace that is appropriate to your current fitness level. Anticipate that approach to change rapidly, as your fitness improves so will the intensity. I began my career in the health and fitness industry to make a difference in peoples' lives. After 20 years and thousands of happy clients, I can honestly say that I have achieved that goal. With a uniquely strong passion for health and fitness, I'm driven by the opportunity to share that passion with others. I remain in this industry for the very reason in which I began, to change lives and help people just like you achieve your goals in health.
