Michelle started in athletics at the age of 4 years old.  Her first sports were softball and dance.  Loving to be active she continued to expand her techniques in gymnastics, cheerleading, cross country, track and field, and tennis.  Being in shape took on  a different meaning when Michelle competed in gymnastics in her early teens.

While still being athletic her real transformation came together when she found nutrition.  Changing her old habits of eating whatever she wanted to a clean diet and found a whole new world for a healthy lifestyle.

With this new lifestyle she set out for a new goal wanting to take her nutrition knowledge and athletic capabilities to another level.  Michelle competed in her first Body Building Figure Competition in May of 2008,  taking 2nd place in the Contra Costa show, then followed by 1st place in July of 2008 at the San Jose Body Building Competition.

On any given day you can find Michelle driving around with her cooler full of healthy foods, working out at the gym, stopping by for a yoga classes, or getting in some cardio.

Michelle is certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine.  She also has worked in the medical field as a Medical Assistant in an Orthopedic office, Physical Therapy Aide, and a Chiropractic assistant.
